There was no Roof Over the Head, Money was Spent on Food for The Son, he was in the Bathroom of the Church
Chris Gardner was born
on 9 February 1954 in Wisconsin, US.
Chris's life was not easy since childhood. He did not know who his father was
and mother was in jail. Chris used to live from house to house. He was alone
and there was no one to tell him what to do next in life. He used to live
in a tent house. The hideout was different every time. Meanwhile, he got
addicted to alcohol and drugs. He had every reason why humans can fail.
Circumstances were against him but he did not give up. They wanted to do
something new for themselves.
When Chris got an
assistant in the medical lab, he was accompanied by his wife and son. When
salary was very low, it was difficult to survive. They were struggling. He had
neither a good education nor any savings. But he knew not to give up.Chris' life
changed when he saw a man coming out of the absconding and asked, "What do
you do?" He stated that he is a stockbroker. In that very second Chris had
decided that he too would become a broker. Chris did not know what a stroke
would be. Nor did he ever invest in stocks. Those who knew this area were
younger than Chris. He started working with a stockbroker to find out what a
stroke is.
One day he came to know that training was being given for one of the
positions in that firm. For a while Chris took a break so that he could train
at the firm. Chris was hired after a month of hard work. I was very happy that
his life was starting a new beginning. Chris had started working from day one.
But who got Chris' job. He was fired. Chris also soon learns that he no longer
has a place in the firm.
One day Chris was
arrested because he did not pay the parking ticket money. He had to spend 10 days in jail. When he reached home under sentence, his wife
had already taken his son. One day he found a company that had a training
program. Chris applied and was selected. But money was not available in this
training. Chris also had no wealthy relatives who would help him. He alone was
fighting the circumstances. One day Chris's wife suddenly came home and left,
handing over the son.
Then Chris did not even have the money to raise his son. He also had to work and raise a son. He started earning 300 to 400 dollars a month by selling medical equipment. Chris had two options, either arrange the roof or get food for the son. He wandered from one place to another to choose food. Many times I have spent the night with my son in the bathroom of the church. This sequence lasted for a long time. Was also doing a job. He was the first to reach the office and the last to leave. For those who used to do sales jobs, 100 calls a day were too much, but Chris had a target of 200 calls. He was extremely passionate about work.

Chris later
applied this passion of his work to his own business and succeeded. Is a
multi-millennial. Chris had bought the Ferrari he liked, right there. Chris has
a film called 'The Present of Happiness' in which Will Smith plays him. The
film was made on the book written by Chris.
This learning from their lives
Ø No
matter how hard people come in life, they should not give up.
Ø If
you have passion for work, then you will definitely get success.
Ø Whatever
